Matt's Story
Imagine being 17 years old and knowing for sure you’d met your sole mate and the love of your life. This happened to Matt and Claudia. But cystic fibrosis ended Claudia’s life when they were just 19 years old. Get out the tissues and follow Matt’s fundraising journey via the Facebook Page ‘Cycling for Claudia’.
