We follow this up with a structured plan to implement simple tools, techniques and little tricks that make life feel better. Express Workshops.

A great solution for the time poor (and the impatient!). Key tools and techniques are taught over a 2 day weekend workshop. You’ll walk away having liberated all of the ‘To Dos’ and things you feel shit about into a simple, achievable ‘feel better’ plan.


On Demand.

Individual tools and techniques are available to learn in bite sized, 2 hour private consultation sessions. The most popular tools to learn using this method are ‘To Do’ Management, Life Organisation, Money Control and Fitness Planning.
