The Better Project.

The Better Project is a personalised 8-session plan to get you to your ‘better’. We’ve blended into one program the simplest tools that have the biggest impact with the most immediate effects on all things Lifestyle, Body and Mind. In each session we teach you to implement these tools in a way that is planned, easy and sustainable (and also a little bit fun). One plan to learn all the tools, all the techniques, all the little tricks - your own Project.

Facilitated in 8 consultation sessions, the method is simple, realistic and effective.

 
 

Session 1

First up, we’ll discover where you’re at right now with all things lifestyle, body + mind. We talk, we explore all the things, all the issues, all the problems and where you'd like to be if things could be ‘better’. You get to unload all of the shit inside your head and get it out onto one glorious brain dump summary. We’ll share stories and experiences, and get an idea of what tools might work for you.

Session 2

We’ve taken all of the info from Session 1 and we’ve paired it with the tools + techniques that will have the biggest impact and most immediate effect (we know this because every single one of the tools has worked for us) and we’ve mapped this out over the next 7 Sessions. You now have your own personalised Better Project. Woohoo!
Straight up in this session we begin your journey by exploring simple mood improvement tools and we ’ll also start unpicking those unfriendly thoughts you have about yourself. We’ll also discover more about your fitness goals so we can get started on this aspect of your journey pronto!

Session 3

It’s time to dive into the nitty-gritty. We look at all things ‘To-do management’ — say goodbye to noisy brain and helloooo to getting things done and having more time! This simple To-do + time management tool creates the backbone for your Better Project and ensures the things we’re doing doesn’t become ‘something else’ to clutter up your mind and take up more time.
Fitness gets underway this week and you’ve got your very own fitness buddy right there with you.

Sessions 4 - 7

Everyone’s Better Project is designed individually - the tools + techniques we teach and the order we teach them depends entirely on you, your situation, your priorities. But here’s an idea of what you can expect we’ll cover:

  • A simple tool to help control and better manage your money

  • Concepts to minamalise your clutter and better organise your spaces

  • Strategies to look and feel your best all the time with minimal effort

  • Methods to make the stuff you do everyday easier, faster and better.

  • Simple tools to get yourself quickly to sleep

  • Initiatives to better manage what you eat

  • Techniques to reduce the impacts of stress and build resilience

Final Session 8

Yep, it’s our final Session together! We’ll review the past 7 Sessions, discover if there’s any more work to do and discuss how to best maintain your progress. We’ll also create a check in plan, so you know we’re still here for support and to keep you on track with your ‘better’.

So, it’s not goodbye - it’s just see you later!
